The RPP Parabolic profile” is specially designed to provide superior service and a better alternative to traditional timing belts, chain and gear drives.
The unique RPP parabolic profile permits the use of a deeper tooth compared to tradition timing belts allowing greater power ratings. The increased tooth depth, combined with the unique tooth indentation on the tooth tip provides reduced interference and a reduction in noise levels. The patented nylon tooth facing improves meshing characteristics, greater resistance to tooth jump and reduce belt & sprocket wear.
The RPP timing belt is suitable for a wide range of load capacities and speed ratios. It is fully compatible and interchangeable with other deep tooth sprockets available on the market. Increased power ratings make them an excellent choice for maintenance-free performance on high torque timing and positive drive applications.
