Traditional Synchro-Cog

The classical synchro-cog timing belts offer a maintenance free and economical alternative to conventional drive systems. The belts our suitable for a wide range of load capacities and speed ratios.

Specially developed moulded cog designs to ensure smooth, positive meshing with the sprocket grooves that will end speed variations at the equipment. Energy efficiency up to 99% as it does not  work on the principle of friction to operate. Synchro-cog is the ideal choice where drives are inaccessible making tension maintenance difficult or anywhere that an economical drive system is required.

Available in tooth pitch XL, L, H, XH & XXH in single and double sided length range 152mm to 4500mm.
